Just purchased my first ever Nissan from Martin Nissan last week (FYI - this dealership is not owned by a relation of mine). I am very pleased with my new Altima 2.5 SL. Samantha Ingles and Julie Gertsman in Sales treated me fairly and honestly. It was refreshing to deal with such good people who didn't pressure me to buy or to come to a quick decision. They were patient and kind, and understood my need to think through this decision in detail before making my purchase. They answered all my correspondence promptly, and worked hard to find the exactly model and trim that I wanted (even though it was out of state). I received many quotes for my new car from dealerships in the Chicago area, and spoke with many sales reps on the phone as I was working through my decision. Martin Nissan was the best organized, most responsive, and most informative of all the dealerships I contacted. And, of course, the free oil changes for life was a huge draw (nobody could top that in the area). Thank you Martin Nissan for making this a smooth and stress free process.

I never expected I will put a good review about a car dealer. But it happened :-) I was in the market for a new 2012 Nissan Murano. I was shopping around, spoke to multiple dealerships carrying the model. Martin Nissan (Christi and Julia) offered a good quote and we decided to visit the dealership. We were greeted by Gus (Gustavo). He showed us the available models and explained everything. He took us for a test drive and never tried the high pressure sales tactics on us. We had a competing quote from another dealership, but since the Gus was good to deal with, we decided to proceed with Martin Nissan. The normal gimmicky car dealership offers like paint coating, high priced service warranties were offered, but they never pushed it. And that was nice. The finance manager Shannon was also a breeze to deal with and he took care of few changes which were required for my credit Union. All in all it was great experience buying the car at Martin Nissan and to sweeten the deal, they also give lifetime oil change and Car Wash. Once again I never thought I would put a great review on a car dealership :-)

I purchased my first Nissan last week through Martin Nissan and I was very pleased with the process and result. My fiance and I worked with our salesman - Saleem Malik, and I must say that he is very personable and easy to work with. We knew exactly what car we wanted, but the car was unavailable at the dealership. Saleem went out of his way to get the exact car we wanted delivered from Wisconsin in only a few short days, while giving me a loaner car to use since we were trading in our old car. Saleem took the time to explain what their pricing was and why, and was flexible with our trade-in and did not play games. Customer service has been great so far, and if it continues, I think we will continue to be Martin Nissan customers.

I bought a fully loaded 2010 Altima 2.5 SL from this place couple of months ago. After looking around over the internet for few days, I saw that this dealership by far owns the best inventory for used SL cars. Went there couple of times and zeroed down on an Altima. Tom (Pazienza) was our sales coordinator and the deal was a breeze. I was very happy with my car, until about I noticed condensation in one of my tail lights. Took the car at there service center and I was told the car was out of basic warranty and the tail light replacement does not come under the power train warranty that I have. It was pretty dissapointing, but not for long as Tom and Jim Pagiony stepped in and took care of the issue as a goodwill gesture. So way to go guys !!! Also a very big plus is that the lifetime oil change for any vehicle bought from here is free !!! I would definitely recommend this place.
